1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, software)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as “final sale” (e.g., clearance or discounted products)

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days​ to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you prefer store credit or an exchange, please let me know—I’m happy to accommodate!

3. Non-Refundable Situations

I cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling

  • Shipping costs (unless the error was mine)

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • For returns based on customer preference, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
